Changes to international trade mark registrations after 1 January 2021: Numbering of comparable trade mark below added and the example table has been updated: – ”We are aware that the EUIPO uses two numbers to identify international (EU) trade marks. Please use the number that is prefixed with “W” when searching for your comparable right, leaving out the “W” and including our prefix”.
